ABOUT RYAN

WHO IS RYAN COTA?

My name is Ryan and I specialize in information technology, marketing, and design. As I've developed my skills, my passion for bridging art and technology has grown. I am drawn toward modern art and a minimalist approach. There is beauty that comes from simplicity and a welcome challenge in bringing it to life. I have a background in design, and continue to be inspired by my community here in the Los Angeles area. I was a former Information Technology Specialist for the City of Buena Park, where I once tackle the demand for innovative technology in a field and profession that is constantly evolving for over a decade. I dabble with both programming and 3D printing. I have a passion for good design, technology, theology, and philosophy. I am a designer, an optimist, an idealist, and a modern man looking to take on the world one challenge at a time.

I like to create design concepts, implement marketing strategies and develop in-house digital campaigns in my current assignment. I advise a team of administrators (leveraging talent from both city and police departments) while participating in the strategic shaping of Buena Park’s city goals. I hold experience working with leading city administrations and an array of law enforcement technology companies. Many of which led to the agency's multiple award-winning solutions in law enforcement.

I enjoy most putting my leadership skills in creative marketing and have long-standing passion for putting good design to use. I initiated and created local and national ad campaigns and consulted on dozens of individual brand agendas for both police and city.

In reality, brand identity is much more complicated than it appears. You might say that a brand is a ‘corporate image’. The fundamental idea and core concept behind having a ‘corporate image’ is that everything a company does, everything it owns and everything it produces should reflect the values and aims of your business as a whole.
